Merchant responsibility

The merchant remains responsible for decisions made from GrowthLine Software outputs, including reviewing generated CSVs, reports, suggestions, recovery files, warnings, and exports before importing, applying, or relying on them.

GrowthLine Software apps are tools for preparation, analysis, backup, and recovery-file generation. They do not replace merchant review, Shopify Admin controls, backups outside the app, or professional advice where needed.

Plan limits and access

Plans may include limits for uploaded files, stored artifacts, scan frequency, backup history, retention windows, exports, or other app usage.

Plan limits, abuse controls, unsupported file checks, malformed data checks, storage retention, and safety restrictions may be enforced automatically.

Paid Shopify app charges are handled through Shopify-managed billing unless a separate written arrangement applies.

Acceptable use

Merchants must not upload illegal content, malicious files, credential dumps, or data they are not authorized to process.

GrowthLine Software may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect the service, other merchants, Shopify, providers, or infrastructure.
